Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Velocity ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Velocity is a speed reading application that uses RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technology to help users read content faster. The App allows users to import documents and read them at customizable speeds.

3. Subscriptions

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the content you import into the App. You represent that you have the right to use any content you import and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Velocity and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
